Chandos worked successfully with Spider Electric on the Revera Scenic Grande project in Calgary. This project totaled over $50 million in total construction and included four stories of concrete structure with a below grade parkade, B2 building occupancy, seniors living and dementia care, a full scale commercial kitchen, salon, pool, fitness area, lounge, laundry, treatment rooms and more.

The construction phase spanned two years and Spider Electric was a key contributor to the project finishing on time. The team faced a compressed timeline for the interior finishes scope of work which Spider kept ahead of. Spider Electric beat the timelines established for them in the schedule and provided good leadership for other trades on site.

The Spider Electric team helped to work through complex scope challenges such as aligning the fire alarm design to the B2 building occupancy and dementia care requirements.
