I have had the pleasure of working with Spider on 8 projects, ranging from a Fitness facility, Restaurant, Multi-Family/ Commercial Projects and our newly completed assisted living facility, Trico Living Well. This was the pinnacle at our Kingsland Junction project, that is the first B2 building, built to Well Standard, in Canada. This project required a large amount of integration that Spider worked seamlessly with multiple other trades and suppliers to achieve. Spider has always been professionally responsible in carrying out their contracted work in a timely manner. Regardless of many delays and setbacks that occurred during 2021/2022, as a result of Covid and Worldwide shipping and logistics crisis, Spider put in the effort to ensure our needs were met. I am also, quite impressed with Spider Electric Ltd. regarding their commitment to safety culture. They have been awarded our top safety award for several years, as a result!
