Kingsland Junction is an inner-city, low-rise apartment development consisting of three six-story mixed-use and a seven-story continuing care/seniors building. Located in the established community of Kingsland in Calgary, Alberta. The development includes two levels of underground parkade, ground-level retail space featuring a restaurant, gym, professional services, commercial kitchen, and large city park, as well as two floors of office space which is the new location for Trico Homes. Spider Electric was the electrical contractor and designing electrical engineer alongside the developer, Trico Communities.

I have had the pleasure of working with Spider on 8 projects, ranging from a Fitness facility, Restaurant, Multi-Family/ Commercial Projects and our newly completed assisted living facility, Trico Living Well. This was the pinnacle at our Kingsland Junction project, that is the first B2 building, built to Well Standard, in Canada.
