Invest Medicine Hat (City of Medicine Hat) is the largest land developer in the city and maintains the largest inventory of developable greenfield and infill lots within city limits. Considering the City of Medicine Hat’s land development portfolio can vary drastically from single family residential lots to large industrial lots, Spider Electric Ltd. has been challenged on several of our recent greenfield and infill projects, notably the recent Airport Gateway Commercial Land Development, the downtown Towne Square public event space as well as a recent infill infrastructure improvement development near the City of Medicine Hat’s aging arena at Athletic Park.
